Additionally, local non-profit organizations also benefit from the festival through proceeds from their booth sales and parking lot fees. The sausage festival is a town fund-raiser, spearheaded by Elberta's Volunteer Fire Department in 1978, whose proceeds are used for improving not only the fire department, but the town as well. Carnival rides, polka, country, contemporary and German music will also be provided for entertainment. There will be baked goods as well as arts & crafts for sale at the festival. Other scrumptious foods will include German style filled cabbage, potato salad, goulash, red beans & rice, hamburgers, hot dogs, BBQ sandwiches, ice cream, popcorn and peanuts. Saturday-Sunday we offer full 50 minute brewery tours $10 per person which includes a walk through of our brewery while learning about the history of Harpoon & MBBC, the brewing process as well as how beer goes from tanks to your fridges or taps. Monday- Friday we offer 25 minute Guided Tastings, $5 per person which includes a walk through our brewery over to our original tasting room where you will be walked through descriptions and sample an unlimited* amount of our core offerings! The full food menu will be available in the Beer Hall from 12PM until one hour prior to closing time, seven days a week.
